I brought my dog, what is allowed?
Dogs are welcome (on a leash) on the former camp grounds. Dogs are not allowed in the museum. In the forest around the museum and the former camp ground, off-leash areas are marked.

Do I need a ticket to visit the former camp grounds?
The former camp grounds are freely accessible and is 2.7 kilometres walking or cycling distance from the museum.
Do I need a ticket to visit the museum?
You need a ticket to visit the permanent exhibition and temporary exhibits. Tickets for the museum include the shuttle bus to the former camp grounds and an audio tour.
Where can I buy tickets for the bus shuttle service?
You can buy your bus tickets at the reception desk of the museum.
Is there a cafe or a restaurant?
We have a museum café serving hot and cold drinks, fresh sandwiches and a variety of sweet and savoury treats. The café has the same opening hours as the museum.
Am I allowed to take pictures/record videos?
Photography without flash and without a tripod is allowed in the permanent exhibition and on the former camp grounds. Please take care not to disturb other visitors. Photos and film recordings may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
I want to take photos/video footage for an organisation, how can I make an appointment?
