Welcome to Westerbork Memorial. In our museum, you can learn about life in the camp from 1939 till 1971. Today, traces of the former camp are still visible on the historical site.

Mo-Fr: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Weekend days: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Holidays: 11.00 am - 5 pm
May 4: 10.00 am - 7 pm
25th of December, 31st of December and 1st of January: closed

Between March and July we host many school groups for educational programmes, both at the museum and the former camp grounds. This means that especially in the morning, many pupils are present in the museum. As an individual visitor, you are also welcome to visit our museum in the morning, but please bear in mind that it may be a bit busier due to group visits. If you want to visit the museum in peace and quiet, we recommend visiting the museum from 1 pm onwards.
